	Payment needs to be received within 15 days after completing the registration form. Otherwise, the registration will be cancelled.

Cancellation policy

100% refund: (June. 1 - July. 31)

cancellation before/including the early-bird registration deadline

50% refund：(Aug. 1 – Nov. 1)

cancellation before/including the standard registration deadline

No refund: cancellation after registration deadline

Canceling on or after NOV. 2, 2022 will not receive a refund.

- Cancellation of registration should be sent in writing to the ACAAE 2022/KSAAE secretariat

Required documents for the cancellation request are: 1) completed cancellation form and 2) copy of front inside cover of bank passbook or bank passbook statement (bank transfer only)
